FISHING REPORT - October 2025 - Picante Sportfishing

Nothing beats October in Cabo: great clients, great fishing, countless releases, high-energy tournaments, million-dollar prizes, and an incredible atmosphere all month long. October left us with a fantastic mix of action. Tuna, Dorado, and Wahoo filled our daily catch charts, along with steady numbers of Striped marlin, Blue marlin, and the always-exciting surprise of Sailfish, we even released two Sailfish in a single day on a couple of our boats. And what a year for big catches and big winnings at the 2025 Bisbee’s Tournament.
November is already shaping up to be another strong month. Stay tuned for that report as we head into the iconic WON Tuna Tournament.
Enjoy the pictures!
The best fishing spots this October in Cabo were: San Jaime, El Faro, Los Arcos
The best bait/lure was Mackerel, Ballyhoo, Cocinero, plumas, palitos, and marlin lures.
