Our office and fishing fleet are strategically located in the Cabo San Lucas marina. All our vessels are docked together at the same docks, allowing for faster and more convenient shipping.
Each vessel is staffed by an English-speaking captain and deckhand. They also hold the credentials required by the Mexican maritime authorities, duly certified as Yacht skippers and deckhands. It’s worth mentioning that our crew has years of experience fishing in Cabo and is always willing to help and involve the group to make the fishing experience unforgettable.

Picante Sportfishing is known around the world as the sportfishing leader, hosting the largest fleet of Cabo Yachts in Cabo San Lucas. This brand is recognized for its excellent fishing platforms, designed to achieve a comfortable and high-performance fishing experience. Powered by twin engines, GPS, fish finder, digital displays, VHF radio, and on-board stereo.
All of our boats feature air-conditioned cabins and comfortable restrooms, along with spacious shaded fishing areas. Each vessel is fully regulated and certified by the Mexican marine authorities. While the legal capacity ranges from 5 to 8 passengers depending on the boat size, for corporate fishing outings it is most common to organize teams of 4 to 6 anglers per boat, ensuring comfort and a more engaging team experience.
For corporate fishing experiences, Picante Sportfishing typically offers half-day trips ranging from 3 to 5 hours, as well as full-day charters lasting up to 8 hours. Our half-day excursions are available in the morning or afternoon, while full-day trips provide a complete 8-hour fishing adventure, ideal for groups seeking a more immersive experience on the water.
We recommend starting your fishing trip early in the morning, around 6:30 to 7:00 AM, to take full advantage of optimal conditions. However, we are happy to accommodate your group’s preferred schedule to ensure a seamless and personalized experience. Our corporate fishing charters are designed around your event or schedule and we can arrange the fishing trip to fit into your meeting or activities schedule, the option is yours.
Important note: Picante sportfishing is a Catch-and-release Company, we do not kill marlin. This is crucial to maintain healthy Marlin populations in Cabo and ensure sustainable sportfishing for future generations. It is not necessary to kill your fish to have a mount made.
